I'm Obsessed with...

Ram Dass and Mushrooms. Lol jk. Well sort of kidding… if I watch anything on tv it's typically on the study of nature, sound, entheogens, plant medicine, religion, or ancient culture. I am fascinated by the parallels in religious cultures and traditions and how they all in one way or another lead to the same place. Also, the power of the sacred plant teachers, I wholeheartedly believe in their medicine and am fascinated by them in every single way. Most nights you will find me deep in a fruit smoothie loaded with trail mix and cereal, surfing Gaia or youtube looking for the latest documentary or series about spiritual and psychedelic teachings.

This is friends, family, acquaintances, messages on social media with people I have never met… it's all the same to me, it's all my tribe. Connecting with other souls is one thing that sets my life and world on violet fire. I love meeting people, plants, and creatures to watch how god will express itself next. Now don't get me wrong, I love my alone time too. But when I am sharing energy and experiences with other souls, I really feel on purpose and like I am doing what I was put here to do.

Spirit. Divinity. Connection to the Universe. God. Alignment Sauce. Nature… Obsessed is a good way to put it. There is a yearning in my soul and curiosity in my mind for the truth.To feel that divine presence inside and all around me. To REMEMBER who I am. I find it in nature (plants and creatures alike), my mentors, mantras, consciously created music and meditation. I am now so clear on my “obsession” that I have decided to dedicate my life to learning, studying and teaching anything on this subject of spirituality. Which is a vast subject, I know, but I am here for it. I am here to let go, to become empty, a hollow instrument for the divine to play its song through (I would be a flute if I had my choice ;)... I am forever eager for my next lesson from the teacher in all things. 

FOR DAILY SELF CARE

Well as I mentioned before, puppy love is a big ingredient in my daily self care. They help me tap into this unconditional loving heart space, and I appreciate their love and lessons so much. It helps me channel that energy for my clients, content and creations. Also something that I do almost every day is meditation. I am in love with my spirit space inside and outside of me, and every time I sit to meditate it's like coming home. This huge sigh of relief washes over me, and my body relaxes, my mind relaxes and it's time for me to spend time with just me. It's a place where I create, do energy work, visualize, focus, become centered, grounded and still. I believe meditation is instrumental for every aspect of my life, especially for someone who is doing so much with people and social media. That time where I get to sit with just me and my soul is imperative for what I get to do in the world.
